Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Chic Chikan, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Missing item in shipment

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@chicchikan.in with supporting photographs and videos.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Include original tags and packaging
• Be in resalable condition

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Products

• Products purchased during any sale, promotional campaign, anniversary sale, festive sale, flash sale, clearance sale, combo offer, Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, Buy 1 Get 1 offer, coupon-based discount offer, or any special promotional event.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Personalized products.
• Gift cards or gift vouchers.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without original tags, packaging, or invoices.

Refund Process

• Refund approval will be communicated via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

• Size exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
• Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges.
